FRONTENAC LAW ASSOCIATION CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION POLICY

The Frontenac Law Association (the “FLA”) offers its members the opportunity to purchase continuing legal education DVD replays through the Law Society of Upper Canada.   This service allows individual members to purchase written materials and watch the DVD replay either in a group setting arranged by the FLA or at the member’s leisure.  If a member borrows a DVD, it is to be for his or her use only and may not be shown to a group unless all additional viewers have purchased the accompanying written materials from the FLA.  The FLA relies on its members to honour this policy and may reconsider offering this service if it becomes apparent that any individuals or firms are abusing it.
