Description

It’s a common request—someone wants their will planned and prepared. But each client is unique and drafting a will can often be a complex exercise. Whether it’s a regular part of your practice or something you do occasionally, it never hurts to refresh your grasp of the fundamentals. Our presenters are experienced counsel who provide you with guidance from beginning to end, including effective initial meetings, instruction-taking, final reporting, and everything in between. You also receive the latest updates and practical tips based on real-life scenarios to ensure you meet your clients’ expectations and adeptly manage your practice.

FRONTENAC LAW ASSOCIATION CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION POLICY

 

The Frontenac Law Association (the “FLA”) offers its members the opportunity to purchase continuing legal education DVD replays through the Law Society of Upper Canada.   This service allows individual members to purchase written materials and watch the DVD replay either in a group setting arranged by the FLA or at the member’s leisure.  If a member borrows a DVD, it is to be for his or her use only and may not be shown to a group unless all additional viewers have purchased the accompanying written materials from the FLA.  The FLA relies on its members to honour this policy and may reconsider offering this service if it becomes apparent that any individuals or firms are abusing it.
